Brow Powder Duo is a smudge resistant baked powder made from the highest quality ingredients. It creates delicate natural brows that last all day. It's ultra blendable, and very versatile allowing you to build the shade to perfectly match your desired look.

Directions:

Lightly tap an Angled Spooly Brush into the Brow Powder Duo to pick up product onto your brush. Apply the powder to your brow with short, light strokes for a natural look. Flip to the spooly end of the brush using upward strokes to soften and blend the powder into your brow. Layer areas that have little to no hair for a full and defined brow. 

Tip: For a darker or more dramatic look, dampen your brush before applying.
